Frank is a Solicitor Advocate with nearly 30 years’ experience.
Since 1999 Frank has specialised in criminal defence work and extradition law. He is a Higher Rights Advocate who regularly represents clients throughout England and Wales in general crime matters and in extradition proceedings in the Magistrates Court, Crown Courts and in the High Court. Frank also works closely, when necessary, with experienced and trusted Counsel in the preparation and presentation of complex cases.
Frank has, on numerous occasions, worked discreetly and successfully for high profile individuals and others for whom adverse publicity could have particularly damaging reputational consequences.
Frank has worked overseas representing accused persons at the International Criminal Court in the Hague (Holland) and in Arusha (Tanzania).

Frank represents clients facing investigation or proceedings in connection with a full range of alleged criminal activity and has extensive experience in dealing with fraud, murder, conspiracies of all types, war crimes and/or crimes against humanity as well as less serious, but no less important, cases of burglary, theft, assaults, public order matters and similar.
