Sperrin Law is a niche organisation based in the heart of the city. We specialise in the defence of crime with an emphasis on fraud, both civil and criminal. Our firm is regularly instructed to represent and defend in the most serious cases and we are retained both privately and via legal aid.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for full time and part time Senior Duty Solicitors with at least 5 years PQE to join our team.
Candidates must have:

Experience preparing Magistrate and Crown Court criminal cases for trial

Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering Regulations
-
Knowledge of confiscation proceedings, restraint & freezing orders

Duty Solicitor status
-
COLP and COFA experience

The ability to manage a team.
Salary is competitive and negotiable subject to experience.
