Zachary Whyte | Solicitor

Zachary is a consultant solicitor and Higher Court Advocate within the firm. He specialises in the defence of all aspects of criminal law and the related civil proceedings.

He trained at a leading law firm and has worked on heavy fraud cases, serious drug matters with international elements and all manner of other general crime matters. He regularly advises clients in police interview and has a wealth of experience in making representations to the CPS and other prosecuting authorities that no further action should be taken against his clients.

Zachary is deeply passionate about representing protesters and trade unionists. He highly values client care and seeks to take a tailored approach to every case. He has also dealt with criminal appeals,  employment law issues, professional regulatory cases, dispute resolution, TFL private hire driving issues and actions against the police.

He is a founder of Legal Sector Workers United (trade union branch for legal workers) and currently sits on the committees for: London Criminal Courts Solicitors Association, an association that represents the criminal solicitors in London and Unite, legal sector branch, a trade union branch association that represents legal workers in the UK.

Zachary secured a First in his undergraduate and LPC and has completed a Masters at UCL specialising in Public Law.

Zachary has recently been in the news for his criminal defence wins, found here and was profiled by the Law Society Gazette. Has has also been in the news for his employment and civil litigation work.
