
Jade Gambrill | Senior Associate
Jade is a Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate in the firm. She specialises in criminal defence work and associated civil proceedings. Jade has wide ranging experience of the most serious cases from both the view of instructing solicitor and as trial advocate before the jury. Her previous instructions include cases of the highest sensitivity such as murder, corruption and high value fraud and serious drugs offences.
Jade has a particular penchant for all aspects of serious fraud investigations, financial and white-collar crime including Freezing and Restraint Orders. She has particular expertise in Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings and confiscation matters and is known for her indefatigable work rate and meticulous client care.
Her expertise and attention to detail has led to her being in increasing demand for professional clients. Her experience allows her to develop strategic solutions to complex cases. She has built a solid reputation and respect amongst both clients and leading professionals as an extremely committed, fearless, and supportive lawyer.
Jade is currently actively engaged in a large number of cases relating to organised crime networks and the media spotlighted hacking of encrypted communications data, commonly known as “encro” phone cases.
Alongside her work in the practice Jade is a Part time Visiting Lecturer for the University of Westminster Legal Practice Course in Criminal Litigation and Advocacy modules.
